4. Client Responsibility

By working with Nurturing Wellness, you acknowledge that:

5. Appointments & Cancellations

• All sessions must be booked in advance

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling

• Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full

6. Payments

• Payment must be made in full prior to or at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed

• Packages are non-refundable once commenced

• Refunds are not provided for unused sessions within a package

7. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during consultations will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, unless required by law.

Nurturing Wellness is not liable for:

• Any outcomes resulting from the application of advice provided

• Any allergic reactions, health issues, or complications arising from dietary or lifestyle changes
